We visited this restaurant on its first day of reopening. Looks like they’ve had a recent re-fit as the interior looks very different to previous photos and was lovely. The service was great and there were plenty of menu options. Food was really delicious. All the staff (and owners) were very friendly and helpful, so we felt bad to raise an issue at the end of the meal. The bill came and we were truly shocked at the price of the fish. We had ordered sea bass and was told it was for two people, which wasn’t a problem. The menu said “market price per kg”, and we stupidly didn’t ask for an approximate cost and nor did the waitress say. So being charged for of fish was surprising, especially as we’d only paid for a very similar meal the day before. The quantity of fish was just about enough for a regular appetite for the two of us. The restaurant owner said it was because the fish was fresh, and we would have paid less for frozen fish?! But honestly it tasted exactly the same and was just as good, and was also in a reputable seafood restaurant. So do give this restaurant a go, you won’t be disappointed by the meal, but get a heads up on the prices if you don’t want to be caught out (pardon the pun
