we had a very disappointing meal in this restaurant. the fried shrub fish tasted like all generic white fish that they get in the super market. my part ordered chicken curry that turned out to pour grilled chicken with a tiny amount of curry sauce... about it. Maybe they had one night. we did not go back.

I had an excellent rice dish with beef/pot and my friends had steak. all fantastic cooked. we ate outside in their garden
Last week we're eating there for something! we've been there for a long time, but the last times we felt like no tourist wanted. I can't understand how it believed so much. do not go there if they are a tourist! they want to stay under “themes”.

My boyfriend and I stopped here when enroute to Evora. And what a pleasant surprise. We arrived at so the restaurant could only accommodate with what was prepared, and that turned out to be the menu of the day lamb. And how lucky we...were, this lamb was probably the best lamb dish I've tasted in my entire life. Comes with fresh mint and potatos. Lamb cost and was worth every penny. Staff only speak Portuguese, but we managed. Would stop here again if coming past.
Very good food. Lovely staff. Quick service. I had the Javali with rice. Simply superb. Highly recommended.
All the times I am going from Lisbon to Algarve I try to come to this restaurant. The food is always delicious and a great experience of food from Alentejo. At lunch the reataurant is almost always full but the service is fast.
