We had lunch here on a Monday. It seemed like where people eat lunch. The dishes on the lunch menu were €7.50 and a drink (cole or glass of wine) €1.75. Nice and clean. Very quick service considering the rush hour for locals...More Considering the price it was value for money but on the other hand, I don't think we would have been as happy about Portugees food as we were on our trip, if we were at that "level" at all our meals.
Este é um ótimo lugar para encontrar cozinha tradicional portuguesa, muito ocupada com moradores, mas mais do que feliz para entreter turistas, chegamos uma hora antes que eles normalmente abrem, mas eles nos convidaram e começaram a cozinhar para nós cedo
Food are average, not so good not so bad just standard. I've only visited once but seems like a rainbow place (you won't feel bad there neither misunderstandings, just a word of advice!
We went here a few times for something to eat while on holiday in Lisbon. The staff are very welcoming but it’s the food that gets top marks. The shrimps are large and sumptious and the entrecôte steak just melts in the mouth. Will definitely...go back next time we are in Lisbon.
I liked the food served here. A good choice for Portuguese cuisine and seafood in the area. It is usually crowded in the evenings. But the staff is still nice and friendly.
On a Saturday night we went here with friends for some dinner. My friends ordered typical Portuguese Francesinhas but I went for another classic dish, bife á casa. That's a dish with steak in a wine sauce covered with ham and cheese, rice, fries, a...fried egg and some salad. It tasted good, the portion was big and my friends were also satisfied with their food. The bread we ate before and the sangria with white wine tasted also good. Service was friendly so we had nothing to complain about. We paid around €15 per person which was a fair price.
The soup was so good- and at only 1.25 euros, we had two. The side of shrimp rice was big enough to be a full meal. It was a bit loud until most of the lunch rush left, but comfortable enough. My fish was fresh,...cheap, and tasted good to boot. Don't know if our waitress forgot to add the coperta', but a full lunch and coffee for two, only 14 euro. Value and quality.
