Very friendly staff, lots of advice on options, relaxed atmosphere. Starter options were great, very interesting tastes. Especially liked the palm hearts.
We had a great time with my family! We are originally from Salvador de Bahia so we know very well the food from there and everythingg had the same flavour! Moqueca deliciosa, escondidinho maravilhoso, camarao com catupiry incrivel tudo demais!!! Realmente aconcelho este restaurante!
Excellent food, very nice and well prepared. The starters are very good, feijoada dumpling and cassava were a success. A little piece of Brazil in the center of Lisbon!

Great food and the service was excellent. I went and ate there twice by myself and I did not feel out of place or weird for sitting myself as the owner made me feel very welcome and chatted with me for a bit. I had...the fish soup as a starter and it was so good that I ordered an extra portion to take home with me once my meal was done. I really recommend this hidden spot in Principe Real! You will not be disappointed
My husband and I were looking for a place for dinner and stumbled upon Comida de Santo. The doors were still shut at and Google quickly showed that they open at for dinner. A lady came out with a pail of water, and...we asked if they would have room for us. She didn't understand us, so she beckoned a man in his home across the street to come help us. Turns out this was the owner (I think). They weren't quite ready to open yet but he showed us in, sat us down and basically opened the restaurant early for us. Service was fantastic, he was warm and friendly. The food was also great. We had a soup to share to start (he kindly served it in two bowls), a steak and the black bean stew for mains. I was stuffed by the end of it. It was my first time trying authentic Brazilian food, and I really enjoyed it. I also thought the food was very value for money, and a nice change from European fare.
