Great place, amazing views and food never disappoints!
The food, service and the view are exquisite.
Lovely views of the city from the floor. Worst service I have ever experienced. Serving staff ignores and has little idea on quality, took minutes to get the menu. cold hard buns were served for Euro asked for cappuccino and got served an Americano for for Euro asked for a bottle of mineral water bottle and got served off a inhouse bottle that seemed filled and charged Euro Shrimp not de-veined in stater, looked unpleasant, didn't touch it. tried for another minutes to get the attention of a serving staff coffee to the extent of having to go inside and call, yet they didn't arrive at the table. Was disgusted by the arrogant inattentive attitude, cancelled the rest of the order, paid for the cold hard buns, wrong buns and inhouse filled water bottle and left. thankful I was not billed for the shrimp that had not been de-veined.
Very nice staff and view but disappointing food. While the couvert was delicious, they were missing a number of starters. Additionally their mains were very very disappointing. Overcooked fish, no salt, oily rice, curry with no sauce…
The restaurant ambience was nice but as a person sitting at a table for two, the staff focused less on us but rather on other larger tables. Took us mins to get someone to take our orders (during this time staff made repeated rounds to larger tables passing us every time). We ordered starters, main course, water and drinks. We never got our starters and water and it took another mins for the other items to come. In the end all items ordered were placed on the bill and we had to get it corrected by the same person who took our order. Also, Portion size was good but food lacked salt.
