by far the best restaurant in Seixal, perhaps the best on the margem sul. it is much better than the predominant majority of Italian restaurants in Italy there is not much of a restaurant scene outside of Siciilien.) what has been done soxal to earn such a juwel? well, a young English simon who worked with one of the best cook of this country, glynn purnell, has joined with his local friend to set up this place in a predominant place. not that it's a bad situation, it's just that Seixal has much better. but if eating is their priority, this is the place to go. the pizzas are among the best they can have anywhere, thanks to a large wood stove and impeccable judgment about the beats. the pastas are never disappointed. but the crowning glory is the miale a boar bell accompanied by a jus so rich that it would offer sufficient comfort in the arktis alone a moderate januar in south Portugal. No matter that it will soon be a way to a dish more suitable for the glorious of the early part lying on the horizon, for the creativity of the chef simon will certainly offer a worthy meaty exchange. you have to go there.
