Jantamos um bom polvo e de entrada lapas. Varanda muito agradável com bom ambiente. Serviço rápido e atencioso e comida bem confeccionada e tradicional.
Um passeio em familia na ilha de São Miguel com estadia em Agúa de Pau.Este restaurante nos foi aconcelhado por um residente. Atendimento muito bom, pessoas muito agradaveis. O prato, Trredmos com feijão era uma delicia, adorei. Recommendo.
Restaurante com pratos típicos dentro do comum da alimentação portuguesa. O serviço é atencioso e rápido apesar de não ter concorrência no local.
We were really hoping this was a place where locals go to, but that wasn't the case. Did not hear anyone speaking Portuguese here.The restaurant is up on a terrace, but totally enclosed by windows. It provides a beautiful panoramic view of the town, but unfortunately that is the only good thing about it.Our server was so new to the job and/or so poorly trained, that she could not answer very simple questions about the menu, and it took her several attempts to uncork a bottle of wine. For startes, we ordered pasteis de bacalhau, (codfish cakes) which were heavily breaded and deep fried with only the essence of codfish. My husband had the torresmos com feijao assado (pork meat w/baked beans), which he said were ok, and I had the bifinhos de porco, (pork cutlets) which were very, very thin, dry and had no taste at all. My meal came with vegetables, which were clearly from a can. How disappointing!! We had a 1/2 bottle of red, and 1/2 litre of house white. Total was 31Euros.This restaurant has such a great location/view. It's so sad that they don't seem to care very much about their food and service.
2012 waren wir mehrmals im Restaurant und zufrieden mit dem Essen. Aber in diesem Jahr ließen Essen und Service zu wünschen übrig. Die Speisen waren lieblos zubereitet und der Service schaute mehr in den TV, als sich um die wenigen Gäste zu kümmern. Der Wein zum Essen kam vor dem Aperitif usw.
My husband and I recently dined here and were in the mood for burgers, so that's what we got. They were prepared exactly as requested, but the beef here doesn't have a good beef taste (we found this at all restaurants). We also had the soup which was quite nice. Service was very friendly.
Um aconchego de estômago fora de horas. Lapas razoáveis seguidas de um fantástico ananás com morcela.
