Probably the best upmarket “value for money” restaurant in Vilamoura. Great food, location, ambiance Pleasurable experience you can have (lunch dinner), but “boy” can the service frustrate you. Tuttapanna has “morphed” from a small restaurant, to add a “tapas” “burger” bar I suspect), to a “combined larger” restaurant (same area), just off the marina. I have seen all the “variations”, happy to eat at all of them. I continue to visit (alone, with friends family), but the service is so variable so frustrating.
