four of us had a delightful evening in the ritual. an intelligent and wonderfully clean restaurant that is managed by a beautiful family that deserves support. it was good the walk from this tapas restaurant and we will definitely be back. we had a great selection of tapas and very good value and pleasant house wine. I would recommend the ritual to anyone who enjoys good eating and drinking, served by a hardworking and good personable young family.

what we can say carla was absolutely amazing, she was friendly, friendly and professional. the other waiter, a gentleman was very quiet, but still very attentive and helpful at any time. eating was nicely cooked and served, good choices too. the house made gloomy were also beautiful. we have visited vilamoura during our days and I can guarantee that we will visit again. if there is any side to this restaurant, then it is the situation, but there is nothing anyone can do. many thanks for everything carla and team we will return. ann and mark
