we have ordered 3 plates. bitoque and carne de porco a alentejana were in order that we have found in the last one fly and a hair. when we confessed, they said that it was supposed to be our table, even though it was on. and if we don't like anything, we should go to another restaurant. Now, the third plate was the worst choco frito I tried. it was not fried in brothcrumbs, but in a strange sauce. the taste was good, but could not eat it as it was so hard and chewing. it's my first review I've ever written in my life, as I'm not a more demanding guest in that. but I could forget the quality of the food, but not the bad behavior of the waitress. Now they can try their luck, but would recommend going to a neighbor where there are more guests and beautiful environment.

amazing arroz de lingueirão canjinha de Garoupa...delicious found only randomly after the exhaustion of all the most rated options. it was an excellent surprise with delicious food and unpretentious and relaxed atmosphere.
ideally located with views of the bridge/river on the main square, great snacks and really good prices. we enjoyed our steak sandwich and ham sandwich on local brot with a tomaten wobble salad. also a large half liter jug of house white wine! excellent value at...€15 yum!

great food. special choco frito and carne à alentejana
it just happened to be in the opposite and stop here for lunch. had no fish because it was the day after Christmas. the food was excellent and so was the service.
Arrived very late at 22:00 but we were served lovely food by very charming staff The wine was lovely too.
