Excellent restaurant for local fish and seafood meals. The best and most traditional of the place are the rice and or noodles fish dishes such as "massinha de garoupa". It's served with a lot of delicious sauce and it looks more like a soup.Also very good the "linguadinhos fritos com arroz de tomate" fried fish with tomato special rice. Very good price level for the quality of the food. Lots of mosquitos at night. Take care if you choose an outdoor table.
The tomato soup with fish was absolutely horrible. Only a few fish pieces dumped into canned tomato soup. Stay away from this.....
This is a restaurant we visit every summer when we are on vacation nearby. The fish is fresh and good, and the seafood is nice.It can be crowded, and at times the service is slow, but apart from that, there is nothing to complain about. The prices are also quite reasonable.
Great service, fantastic location and the prawns were out of this world. The portions are huge so go careful.
Nice place with nice and friendly staff! The food was delicious and was not too expensive. The restaurant was a bit empty what was weird but everything went ok!
Normally I don't have big expectations on the beach restaurants, this was a good surprise. I ate fish, and it was fresh and very well grilled. The service was good and the bread wonderful. At the end the price was reasonable. Good place to return.
I was in Carvalhal beautiful beach with my family.The infrastructures made by the City Hall are excellent with parking facilities, and beautiful trails I'm wood due to eco concerns with the preservation of the dunes ecosystem. There are 2 restaurants in the beach: Dinis ( Pescador) and Pôr do Sol.ZThe ambience of the beach is very familiar with families and their children. The beach is so long that you can't guess the end. So it's great for walking fans. The water was normal for the Atlantic.After the beach we decided to dinner at Pôr do Sol, because they got much more variety of meat in their menu. The other restaurant is almost fish in the menu. Probably if my children prefer fish meals, I would chose Dinis ( Pescador).About Pôr do Sol I must say, that the staff was very nice and were able to recommend us the house speciality: fried shrimps with source. Superb!
