Incredible meal! Every course was delicious. The service was impeccable. The jazz-infused ambiance was delightful, and we couldn't have left happier or more satiated. Highly, highly recommend Hool Restaurante!

Everything was perfect: setting, service, food. World class!
A equipe foi simpática e fez basicamente um bom trabalho. Especialmente no início. Como o restaurante começou a receber mais convidados sua atenção escorregou. Os aperitivos e entradas foi excelente. Mas a rede principal, angus bovina resp turbot foi um grande desapontamento. Não vai revisitar.

A fine dining experience. Delicious dishes and an excellent wine list in an elegant setting right in the heart of the old town. Fabulous.
Everything was 10/10! From the moment we entered the restaurant and were seated by the waiter we could just feel we were in for a special experience. As the meal went on, we were not disappointed. From the delicious, original and surprising welcome starters curtesy of the Chef, to the excellent wine pairing by our charming waiter, to the staff’s flexibility in altering the main dish for me (as I am sensitive to butter), and off course each and every dish we ordered everything just radiated originality, locality, freshness, attention to detail, a love for hospitality and exquisite taste! It was the best meal of our one week trip to northern Portugal and an experience we will surely remember for a lifetime. Don’t miss it out!
Uma refeição incrível! Cada curso foi delicioso. O serviço foi impecável. O ambiente infundido pelo jazz foi delicioso e não poderíamos ter ficado mais felizes ou cansados. Muito recomendado Hool Restaurante!
The food was great and the service was excellent. We enjoyed some free aperitifs and two main dishes with two glasses of white wine. We had dinner and stayed outside so we could enjoy the beautiful view. The staff was friendly and gave a nice vibe. Thank you for the experience.
