literally for people, traffic was crazy so called in advance to let them know that we were running late at mins and they were good over the phone. we came to the restaurant, the personal was incredibly rude, sat without menus... when it was cost to order drinks and we were ignored and got eyes rolled on us. they said they were understaffed, which is good, but they could have explained to us that we and we had understood, but they point out that we were empty ignored and so rude, so that we had to go, as we were sitting there for mins without a drink order or explanation, and made us feel unintentional. we told the waiter that we were very nice and he said, yes, rude.

unexpectedly beautiful music. the warm velvety voice of the singer made himself to all culinary mängel. I would definitely recommend the place for friends to visit the lissabon.

in any case shameful! we have booked a table for the Christmas day with an hour announcement. the restaurant was advertising for a special Christmas menu and we booked the time slot offered. before the departure on Christmas day I only checked the booking (via the fork). to find out that the restaurant had canceled our booking. now, customers cancellation bookings is regrettable, but restaurants cancellation bookings? Is that something at all? and on the Christmas day? Iissabon is generally closed on Christmas day, so we were left absolutely high and dry. our family christmas meal ended as pizza from the only place that was open. totally unacceptable.

great dinner experience, from enjoyable live Portuguese/Brazilian music to good food and excellent service; everything was really nice. I would like to come back and recommend this place.

Fairly intimate and cool place to eat, but let down by a lack of staff, curt waiting, cold food, warm white wine and long waits for service. Went there for a Fado night which was entertaining but brief. The fact that our hotel got us...a reservation at short notice might tell a story it was impossible to get anywhere else for Fado on the Friday evening we went. Of the three restaurants we’ve eaten in so far this was by far the most average. Not recommended now maybe better when there’s more staff, or if you really can’t find anywhere else for music.

We were people, service was understaffed, person for approx. customers, very unfriendly and rude to a customer. You need to pay for the show euros and they brought us without our consent the most expensive wine which we did not order.

This was a very average experience. Food was just ok service very poor we arrived at and were still waiting for our mains at to be fair to the waiting staff there were only two and the young boy was...excellent. The cocktails were strange to say the least the wine was good . The music was ok again nothing special. Not cheap at all . Having said that we really enjoyed the evening although a little drawn out.
