Mister Alvor

We have been visiting Mister Alvor for many years. Regardless of where we stay in the Algarve we will always make a trip to Alvor just to eat here. The food is always top quality and delicious and the service is warm and welcoming. If there is a homemade dessert available, you must try it, they’re always incredible.

Food is lovely and the owners are very friendly and kind

I enjoyed the lamb, but my wife was disappointed at her meal, which was the Portuguese steak....bh the writer was ok, but there was little ambiente in tge restaurant and his not ace I again especially.

excellent eating and very friendly staff

we had the daily special. as an appetizer, one of the best cute I ever had. my man had the pork with salat and french fries, I had a wonderful fresh fish with asparagus, carrots and small carrots roasted in butter. for dessert we had the choice of chocolate mousses or fresh fruits. the mousse was directly from a classic French cookbook perfect. the possibility to order only a glass of their house wein was also convenient. all in all, a very nice way to start our holiday in alvor. we're coming back. service was welcoming and friendly.

Quite basic food, but superb value and really lovely staff.
