Had take away food as on road trip which was ok. Good venue for views to supplement the main attraction. No toilets so must use public at €0.50.

We visited after the glass walkway,the food was lovely along with the view,definately not to be missed.
We stopped by on our way from the viewpoint for a quick refresher. We (mistakenly it seems) picked some ice creams from the display unit, at which both staff came and without a word, started pulling boxes out of it to stack on the top. This continued. leaving us standing there.. being deliberately ignored.. until puzzled we asked what was the problem. The lady just gestured for payment.. then when offered.. snatched it and they both then walked off into the bar. This was our first cafe visit in Madeira..and the last one ever to this
We visited Cabo Girao, Europe's highest sea cliff and it was stunning to look out across maderia and the Atlantic ocean. All we needed was a great cafe. Well this is it. Stunning to look out across the cliffs with fantastic proper coffee and homemade cakes. We had the lemon tart and chocolate brownie. The cakes were brilliant. Highly recommend it. Lovely cafe.
We enjoyed the break after a wonderfull view at glassbottom! Verry good sangria and cake for low budget when you don`t forget at which special location this cafe is placed!
Not something exceptional but overall a good cafe. Coffee is ok, small snacks are available as icecream.
Being the only cafe there, customers are captive and the prices reflect this. However the food quality is good and in my opinion, the coffee was very good.
Paid almost 7 euros for coffee with milk and coffee with cream. Normally around 2-3 euros.....This was the most expensive coffee we had on whole Madeira in 9 days.
