we ordered the fish cataplana and a bottle vinho verde, both tasty and the bill also under great setting. we would highly recommend and we will come back for a meat festival.

this restaurant is excellent every time. attentive service, high-quality eating and cheap drinks. the steaks are the largest and best we had everywhere, the restaurant is typical Portuguese and has a beautiful atmosphere and the personal go away to make for one. special experience. a visit worth
we had the daily special for euro. this included water and dessert. I had that huh that was good, but more bones than meat. the others had the beans with meat. the beans were very good, but the meat was fat. would recommend...order from the menu and pay a bit more.
for value, service and good eating this is the best for miles round. we have come to this restaraunt for many years, it has always been consistent, each year they make improvements to the material of the building that further improves the entire culinary experience. highly recommended!
Excellent. This place is tops. Anyone visiting the Algarve must come here. The atmosphere and the attention to detail is overwhelming. The staff are very welcoming and attentive. Food is out of this world and very reasonable.
One of the best and biggest fillet steaks ever. Great selection of home made starters mains and desserts. Excellent atmosphere in a relatively simple yet welcoming surroundings. Well worth a visit or few
We loved the food and had a really good night. The service was brilliant. We went because other people had highly recommended it and we will definitely return when we are back in the Algarve. We did book as it is a popular place.
Went here with two friends for first time. Typical large Portuguese restaurant in countryside. Interior very bright with little rustic charm. We got there for and by it was full and humming. Waitress was very friendly and lots of jokes. We had the...cover and a plate of garlic prawns. Ordered a small carafe of the red house wine, which was fine. Main courses were meat. Two had the fillet steak on hot plate, so you could cook it to your own perfection. I had Fillet steak Portuguese style, in a garlic sauce. The other was lamb chops. The meat was excellent and the accompaniments simple but effective. Finished off with various deserts and coffee. With drinks the whole meal came to about Euros a head, which was very good value for money.
