What an amazing experience in terms of service. In Portugal Starbucks doesn't serve doubleshot ice shaken expresso. But we missed it so much, we asked for it. Miguel was so kind he knew how to make it and made it perfectly. We were so grateful. This is what is called a service. Thank u again Miguel! You are the best.

best sojakaramel macchiato I have ever made living by diogo as american in portugal, dieucks is my trost place. I had dieducks from all over the world and this dieucks is quite average. coffee is sometimes burned or watery. However, this will die the best of the world when the barista diogo makes the coffee. they know that it is real skills when only his coffee tastes good. he can seriously increase it to craftsmanship coffee. I look forward to seeing that he's working on the bar.

I have never gotten anyone rude at this Starbucks, but lazy, yes. A couple times they would try to shortcut my orders (instead of cold brew putting hot coffee onto ice resulting into a lukewarm, diluted coffee, fixing my pink drink order by halving the refresher and diluting it instead of making another). I have had some good encounters here with friendly employees who make the order as intended, but lately I have had some that feel lazy
Alwayd suprised by the cosy environment and nice reception particularly at the beginning of the day! And always a good company to have to plan what’s ahead!
