My hairdresser has been visiting Nuno's for quite some time with her family and spoke highly of this bar and we weren't disappointed when we visited it.Nuno and his staff are very welcoming and make you feel as though your one of the regulars who are also friendly.We visited several times during our weeks stay and will be adding this bar to our regular haunts whenever we are in Portugal.The beer is cold and cheap the welcome warm and friendly and we've heard the food is good and plentiful. A must visit bar

Having visited this part of Portugal for the last three years we have experienced nunos hospitality before but this particular day/ evening he and lots of the locals pulled out all the stops, with a free BBQ in the afternoon followed by the televised game early evening with a dj in the car park !!! We partied with some very friendly and welcoming locals until the small hours !!! Not the sort of place for a romantic evening out but for local hospitality and most football matches screened it's a great evening out, thanks nuno for a great evening.
We (members of Newcastleton Golf Club) used Nuno's Bar as a base for a week's golfing in the Eastern Algarve. We rented a villa nearby and in the evenings played pool, cards, watched football and drank in Nuno's Bar. His hospitality was simply tremendous. His lovely wife prepared a delicious traditional Portuguese meal plus cakes for all of us one evening that was out of this world. Nuno also speaks very good English which was helpful.
I desperately wanted to watch the Hungary v Portugal Euros 2016 match in the company of some others who were interested (my wife was totally content by the pool in our rented villa).But it wasn't easy to find Nuno's because the map location on Trip Advisor was badly wrong - virtually in the middle of nowhere. (I've now advised the correct location, which is next to O Graciano on N270 Tavira road.) Having found it I was slightly disappointed that there were only around a dozen others watching the match - all locals except for me. Most of them were drinking bottled beer, but I enjoyed the large "caneca" at only €2 - a special price for the Euros 2016.Nuno certainly is a really nice guy, who engages very easily with his customers, kindly speaking in English with a Scot who has somewhat limited Portuguese. The bar itself is big, and must be brilliant when they have live music on weekend nights. Plenty of seating outside, and room for around 8 cars.I look forward to returning next year, to enjoy good beer, good music and good company.
and great after a day on the beach for that thirst quencher. Bit of a football bar but sensible prices and some of the best Margaritas between there and Mexico seriously! Munchies one afternoon so went for burger/fries/beer - 6 euro! And good. Service great.
Nuno's Bar is a very nice chilled out bar, with a very friendly atmosphere. The prices are exceptional and the service is brilliant. Nuno is a very friendly man who is ever so kind and very helpful. Will definitely visit again.
We visited Nuno's bar over the last week whilst staying in a villa opposite it. Fantastic bar, with great selection of alcohol (very reasonable also). Loved playing pool and listening to the music on the TV. Nuno the owner is a lovely man and full of great knowledge of the beautiful area. We definitely hope to return!
This is a great bar, Nuno couldn't be more friendly, and his prices are unbeatable. Will certainly be returning on our next visit to Sao Bras.
